Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during weekends and holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders must be received by 11am Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policies below for online and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Skin Pharm monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Online Purchases
You may return any item in new or gently used condition for store credit within 14 days of delivery, by mail or in-store. The total of the returned products will be loaded onto a gift card for use in-store. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at order@skinpharm.co with your order number. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, and for your protection, we recommend you use a trackable delivery service and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed, and a gift-card will be sent to the mailing address provided for use in-store.

In-store Purchases
Products purchased in-store or online can be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt with you. A gift-card will be loaded with the total amount returned for your use. Gift cards can only be used in-store or over the phone.

Gift Card Purchases
No Refunds are permitted. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen gift card will not be replaced.
