Maegan Griffin

Maegan Griffin, MSN, NP-C

Founder, Nurse Practitioner

Maegan Griffin is known for her innovative work in cosmetic dermatology, facial rejuvenation techniques and aesthetic medicine utilizing the latest cutting edge technology.

An early adopter of injectables and skin laser technologies, Maegan’s artful work has secured her reputation as a practitioner who helps her patients create meaningful internal and external changes in their lives while finding a balanced approach to anti-aging and beauty.

“I love my career because it offers a creative outlet. Every patient is a personal project for me! They sit in my chair and know that I will do everything I can to address their concerns so they leave satisfied, confident and happy.”

In addition to her busy practice, Maegan enjoys giving back, supporting a variety of local nonprofits. She is an avid traveler and passionate mother to her 2-year-old girl and 1-year-old boy.

Maegan completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Belmont University and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Tennessee State University. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience treating patients of all ages, but specializes in aesthetic medicine to address common skin concerns and the aging process.

A note from Maegan Griffin:

I became obsessed with protecting my skin in my mid-twenties (think obsessive application of high quality SPF, a collection of sun blocking hats and appreciating the benefits of topical antioxidants). Once I entered my thirties, the fixation on boosting collagen hit! I love topicals with peptides and trust in the magic of retinol. As far as procedures, I’d be devastated if I had to go without my cheek contouring Voluma injections.
Carly Edwards

Carly Smith, MSN, NP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Carly is a Nashville native and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, graduating cum laude, from Belmont University. After finishing her degree in nursing, Carly began working at Vanderbilt University in two different Intensive Care Units for the next five years. She thrived in the environment and the attention to detail that was needed while taking care of her patients. While working in the ICU, Carly continued her education gaining her Masters of Science in Nursing at Belmont University and is now a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, through which is board certified.

“I love Skin Pharm for the message it sends, to accentuate what you have and to be the best possible you. I love seeing that my hands have worked as tools to make people feel more confident!”

With a family business in medical dermatology, Carly knew that going into a field specializing in aesthetic dermatology was her lifelong dream. Carly’s favorite part about working at Skin Pharm is creating a custom and individualized plan for every client. Carly specializes in treatment plans focusing on overall skin health and natural enhancements through laser technology, injectables, and microneedling.

In addition to practicing at Skin Pharm, Carly enjoys traveling the world with her husband Cody, exploring different National Parks, and becoming a pasta connoisseur.

A note from Carly Edwards:

I wasn’t aware of how much I needed Botox until I had it. I’m very animated so I was an ideal candidate for preventative Botox. My main gripe with my skin is enlarged pores- so I nerd out over topical exfoliants including AHAs, BHAs and retinol. I know understanding how to use these in your skin care routine can be overwhelming, so if you need some direction, I’m your girl!
Madeline Stoffer, MSN, NP-BC

Madeline Stoffer, MSN, NP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Following graduation from nursing school at The University of Tennessee- Knoxville, Madeline worked at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN on a medical/surgical unit. Although she really enjoyed interacting with her patients, she wanted to further her education and pursue her degree in the Nurse Practitioner field. Although she was born and raised in Memphis, Madeline relocated to Nashville to attend Middle Tennessee State University to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing, and is now a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, through which is board certified.  After graduation, Madeline worked for a internal medicine practice and then in a urgent care facility.

“I love connecting with my patients and giving them advice about their aesthetic treatments. There is no greater feeling than finishing a treatment and seeing the expression on my patient’s face when they look in the mirror!”

Madeline has always been interested in dermatology, and through a friend, became acquainted with Skin Pharm, which led to her becoming a patient. She was so impressed with the practice and the professionalism of the staff that she began asking to shadow the other NPs to learn more about the industry and practice. Madeline immediately fell in love with the work and the people at Skin Pharm and was hired in August of 2018. Madeline enjoys working with her clients to help them achieve beautiful and healthy skin by recommending the best treatment methods for each individual, as well as selecting the best home care skin care products to preserve and enhance the skin.

A note from Madeline Stoffer:

I’ve been so mesmerized with the results of PRP injections since I started administering them to patients. I, myself, have seen such improvement in the appearance of a scar to my face since I started receiving PRP injections- for this reason, I love recommending to the right people! I always teach patients to protect their results with at-home use of medical grade skin care products (psst usually Skin Pharm!).

She returned to Belmont University and obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2015. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in walk-in clinics, college health services, and served as faculty at Belmont University School of Nursing. “I love cosmetic dermatology because it gives me the opportunity to work with patients to help them recognize and enhance their strengths. It’s not about completely changing your appearance, but being the best version of yourself!”

Sarah has always had an interest in cosmetic dermatology, and has been a patient at Skin Pharm since it opened in 2017. Sarah appreciates that Skin Pharm supports providers spending ample time with patients to ensure their needs are met. She feels passionate about recommending skin care regimens that are effective and practical for each individual patient.

A note from Sarah Thompson:

In my late twenties, taking care of my skin became top priority. I wish I would have placed more emphasis on skin care in my younger years in order to prevent permanent damage and aging. (We live & learn, I guess!) Fortunately, Skin Pharm gives me the platform to assist patients in making necessary changes to prevent long-term complications. It’s never too late to make a positive change!
